Strong verbal and written communication skills Confidence in speaking with customers both face to face and over the phone A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently when needed Comfort working in a small team and adapting to lone working scenarios Willingness to learn and represent the companys services with pride Day-to-day:
Handling customer enquiries and converting them into sales Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the store Completing administrative tasks to ensure compliance with procedures Managing bad debt recovery and adhering to health and safety protocols Operating a forklift (training provided if needed) and conducting physical rounds of the store Why this role?:
