You’ll be supporting a large estate of merchants, handling everything from onboarding to aftercare, while spotting opportunities to grow revenue and deliver top-tier customer service. ️ Key Responsibilities Acting as the first point of contact for existing merchants Reducing churn through exceptional customer support Processing and activating new orders efficiently Handling merchant queries (terminal issues, account blocks, compliance requests) Providing aftersales support — collecting reviews & referrals Cross-selling and upselling additional services Converting new leads into active merchants Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date (Content adapted from the role brief provided)
