Customer Service Account Coordinator / Sales Support Executive who has a confident and professional telephone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients is required for a well-established commercial debt recovery consultancy, who work alongside numerous FTSE 100 companies and multinational corporations.

SALARY: £28,500 OTE (Uncapped Bonus) + Benefits
LOCATION: Hybrid working available. Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the office in Epsom, Surrey (KT17)
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: 40 Hours per Week, 08:30 – 17:30, Monday to Friday

Working as the Customer Service Account Coordinator / Sales Support Executive you'll be the linchpin between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and delivery.
As the Customer Service Account Coordinator / Sales Support Executive your responsibilities will range from generating new leads and supporting the sales process to building strong, lasting relationships with key clients. You'll also be responsible for maintaining impeccable records in the CRM systems and helping to organise meetings and events.

DUTIES
As a Customer Service Account Coordinator / Sales Support Executive you'll report directly to the Account Director Manager and your main duties will include:
• Sales Support and Business Development: You'll play a vital role in the company’s growth by generating new leads and providing essential support to the sales team
• Client and Internal Coordination: You will be the primary link between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication
• Account Management: Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, as well as managing and updating the CRM systems with new leads and communications
• Relationship Building: You'll be instrumental in developing and nurturing strong relationships with key clients
• Event and Meeting Coordination: You will assist in organising and scheduling meetings, calls, and events to help boost client engagement
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Exceptional communication skills with clear command of the English Language, both written and orally
• A keen desire to quickly learn and develop
• Enthusiasm for a challenge
DESIRABLE
• Experience within financial product sales environment
