Customer Service and Sales Executive

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service and Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer support, managing guest relationships, and driving sales by identifying opportunities and liaising with operations team. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the a positive attitude towards colleagues and guests. Roles & Responsibilities: Respond to all inbound sales enquiries Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, chat, in a professional and timely manner Attend meetings to communicate with operational team. Answer inbound calls Work closely with the operational teams to ensure efficient practices are in place. Work with the Customer Experience Manager to improve guest relations and respond to feedback. Be a point of call for our operations team for any issues that may arise from customer bookings, whilst working to find the best outcome for everyone involved. General working hours will be 11am-7pm Mon-Fri, weekend work maybe required to suit needs of the business. Preferred Skills Enjoy working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment. Experience in Hospitality Sector Be highly organised with meticulous attention to detail. Be self-motivated with a can-do attitude. Love working with people! Strong organisational skills. Be flexible, working hours may change in line with the business Be able to adapt your working day at short notice to suit the needs of the business.
