Own the onboarding experience — making sure every new customer gets off to a great start. Respond quickly and helpfully to customer queries by phone or email. Guide customers on how to get the most out of our product through clear communication and practical support. Keep customers in the loop on deliveries, subscriptions, and renewals. Track interactions and feedback to help us continuously improve. Build strong, long‑term relationships that keep customers coming back. Handle cancellations with empathy and professionalism. Stay in regular contact to make sure customers are happy and supported. Jump in on new projects or initiatives from our leadership team. Pitch in with other ad‑hoc tasks that help the team succeed.
