The Role

As Customer Success Manager, you’ll play a key role supporting our customers and project teams. You’ll coordinate schedules, handle enquiries, prepare quotations and make sure every order is delivered on time and to the highest standard.

No two days are the same—you’ll be problem‑solving, planning, and communicating with customers, suppliers and colleagues to keep everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily customer communication and queries
  • Schedule installations, site visits and deliveries
  • Prepare documentation, quotes and purchase orders
  • Track project progress, budgets and deadlines
  • Support invoicing, reporting and general administration

About You

  • Bright, positive and customer-focused
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience in admin, coordination or customer service
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and general systems
  • Keen to develop your career within a supportive team
