Joined Nourish Care Systems, expanding the revenue team. Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, the Customer Success Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring clients achieve value using our digital solution for health and social care.

About the Job

As a Customer Success Manager you will ensure clients are receiving value, own renewals and identify growth opportunities within a book of smaller, independent homes.

The role and your responsibilities

  • Ensure correct level of engagement with Nourish, based on organisation type.
  • Negotiate renewals and expanded use of services in collaboration with Sales.
  • Deliver strategic level reviews.
  • Contribute to improving internal and customer-facing processes to enhance customer experience.
  • Build personal profile and domain knowledge within the sector.
  • Maintain accurate customer data in CRM.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and support to deliver outstanding customer experience.

  • Passion for improving people’s care; clinical experience desirable.
  • Process mindset with ability to design effective ways of working.
  • Analytical intellect to solve problems and achieve goals.
  • Strong work ethic, accountability and teamwork.
  • Consultative approach, active listening, humble style and willingness to learn.

Required experience

  • Proven customer‑facing experience, ideally in Customer Success.
  • Experience in a fast‑growing business, owning 200+ customers.
  • Proactive, collaborative, excellent time management and multitasking.
  • Customer satisfaction focus, quick learner in a scale‑up environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
