confident, people-focused Sales Executive
whos excited to build relationships, grow new business, and play a key role in a mission-led consultancy that puts peoples strengths first.
The Role
Youll play a vital part in both
winning new business
and
supporting clients
throughout their journey with us. Your day-to-day will be varied and fast-paced, from generating leads and booking demos to keeping clients supported and delighted. Responsibilities include: Generating and qualifying new leads through calls, emails, and social outreach
Booking demos and consultations for consultants and directors
Preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations that convert
Keeping CRM (Zoho) records and sales reports accurate and up to date
Providing friendly, efficient client support and follow-up
Spotting opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our solutions
Collaborating with marketing to align campaigns and messaging
Skills and Experience
Youre confident, proactive, and genuinely enjoy connecting with people. You have a natural curiosity about people and business, and you thrive in a small, collaborative, fast-moving environment. Youll bring: Around 23 years of B2B sales or recruitment experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfort working towards goals and delivering results
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
A positive, growth-oriented attitude
you take initiative and follow through
An interest in HR, psychology, or people development (a bonus, not a must)
