OverviewWe are looking for a Sales Manager to join our rapidly-growing OT cyber security company. Working to the Managing Director, you will run our sales system, maximise the engagement of our engineers on the ground with current and potential clients to assess needs and propose solutions, leading tenders and closing deals.RoleSupervising, managing and enhancing our sales systemDeveloping relevant procedures as Sales Process LeadInforming marketing activityTaking responsibility for delivering sales targetsFinding, creating, collating and managing leads, especially through our technical employeesTaking leads through the sales cycle to POsIdentifying and supervising up-selling opportunities within new and existing accountsRunning our partner programmeExploiting sales portals and platforms in the Private and Public sectorsSupervising tender processes, including standard and bespoke proposal development and deliverySupporting Marketing and working closely with the Operations TeamConducting sales analysis and supervising the production of sales MI for the Management Team and the BoardExperience/Track RecordAt least 5 years’ experience and an excellent track record in technical sales in Energy and other CNI sectorsAn existing network of contacts and potential clients to leverageExperience of both writing formal bids and ‘winning’ sales proposalsLeading the sales process in line with ISO 9001 standardsOT engineering and/or cyber security knowledge would be an advantageTeam Skills/Culture/Ways of WorkingEnergetic and target – focusedAble to have immediate effect on sales (during a 6 months’ probation period)Adept at delivering both organic growth and net new businessComfortable with a rapidly – developing Company and increasing targetsRole flexibility – do what’s necessary and what worksPotential to adopt more responsibilities, including line management, as the Company expandsCommitted to our Company, our Vision and our Values – especially Trust and IntegrityA good team player, but will challenge and has team leadership potentialComfortable working in a distributed environment, including work from home, but with a requirement to be office based some of the timeAble to travel without undue restriction, including internationallySecurityClearance not necessary, but the ability to be cleared is an advantagePackageOTE £90,000 PACompany pension, life insurance and medical planCompany profit bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr
