About the job

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Revenue Analytics Team. This role can be hybrid from London, Dublin, Munich, or Berlin. You will be pivotal in guiding our Sales team with your expertise in sales analytics, working closely with senior sales leaders to shape sales strategies and enhance sales effectiveness through data-driven insights.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

• Develop and implement comprehensive, data-driven sales strategies aligned with marketing objectives and company goals.
• Implement AI solutions to enhance go-to-market strategies, directly impacting revenue growth and pipeline generation.
• Evaluate sales tactics and forecast trends, providing insights to optimize ROI and inform business decisions.
• Collaborate on customer journey mapping and pricing strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention.
• Lead and mentor junior analysts, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and Customer Experience teams.
• Create and present sales reports and dashboards to monitor key metrics and align with overall business performance.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

• At least 5 years of experience in sales analytics, preferably in B2B SaaS, with a strong background in product/marketing analytics for those transitioning into GTM roles.
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Snowflake, and CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights using advanced statistical techniques.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex data insights clearly.
• Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and other teams.
