About the role

Reporting to the Dealership Financial Controller, you will play a key role in the smooth running of our retail sales administration within the commercial finance team. This is a fast-paced role that involves coordinating multiple tasks—from processing vehicle sales to liaising with manufacturers and ensuring a seamless experience for every customer.

You will also be responsible for:

Maintain accurate administrative records for vehicle sales (VSB).

Register and tax vehicles, submit OZEV claims, and organise extended warranties.

Request and follow up on insurance details, meter fittings, and taxi plating.

Ensure precise and timely invoicing and documentation.

Support the sales team by ensuring every transaction is processed efficiently.

Deliver prompt and professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Experience to succeed

Experience in a dealership or retail environment is advantageous but not essential.

Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Experience working with Pinnacle, Kerridge, or Keyloop systems is a bonus.

Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.

Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-first mindset.

Comfortable interacting with a range of stakeholders and management levels.

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Calm under pressure, with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
