Employee Experience Pre-sales Solution Architect

About the role – As an Employee Experience Solution Architect in Capgemini’s Presales team, you will help organisations empower their people with human-centred, technology-driven solutions. The role is pivotal to win new business across diverse markets and sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Development – Design and architect scalable, secure EUX solutions tailored to client requirements using Capgemini’s Employee Experience Portfolio.
  • Presales Support – Act as the SME lead in the presales process, qualifying opportunities, developing proposals and delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations.
  • Technical Expertise – Maintain deep expertise across the Employee Experience Portfolio and stay informed about emerging technologies.
  • Client Engagement – Engage with potential clients, understand business challenges and articulate the value proposition of proposed solutions.
  • Competitive Analysis – Identify competitive pressures and propose cost levers to deliver cost‑effective solutions.

Hybrid Working

The role will blend company offices, client sites and home; home work is not 100% of the time.

Security Clearance

SC clearance is required. Applicants must have resided continuously in the UK for the last 5 years.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience designing modern employee experience solutions, including onsite support, backend technologies and collaboration tools.
  • Strong skills in drafting high‑quality proposals, technical documentation, architecture diagrams and cost models.
  • Confidence in engaging with clients, translating technical concepts into clear language.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • A proactive approach to learning market trends and technical innovations.
