Salary: £80k base + £50k commission + hugely supportive benefits for growth


We’re representing an innovative, well-known, global SaaS company seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to join as a senior individual contributor. This is a hands-on role focused on building new enterprise partnerships and guiding clients through complex, high-value sales cycles with care, precision and genuine curiosity.


You’ll work closely with the Sales Director, taking full ownership of the sales process from first conversation to close. You’ll bring structure and pace to the way opportunities are managed and use your experience to help refine the company’s overall sales approach as it continues to scale internationally. Alongside your own success, you’ll contribute to a culture that values learning, shared insight, and continuous improvement.


You’ll bring:

  • 8-10 years of consistent success in enterprise B2B SaaS sales
  • Experience within MarTech or data analytics environments highly desirable
  • A proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder, complex deals
  • A thoughtful, disciplined approach to sales and client relationships
  • Curiosity about AI-driven and data-informed go-to-market models
  • A natural inclination to share knowledge and develop others
