Ideal Candidate:


  • Experienced enterprise account executive with a track record of closing complex deals.
  • Experienced in hiring and developing people, as well as contributions to defining and refining sales processes.
  • Comfortable operating as a player-manager: contributing directly to deals while providing structure, guidance, and accountability across the team.
  • Brings structure and discipline to sales through frameworks like MEDDIC or Command of the Message.
  • Motivated by impact, efficiency, and helping scale a growing business without needing heavy hand-holding.


About the Role:


Take on a player-manager account executive role in a small but growing team, where your impact will be immediate and visible. You’ll contribute directly to deals end-to-end while helping to bring structure and accountability to the sales function.


  • Own and drive your own enterprise deals from start to finish.
  • Support the team by evolving processes and systems that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with partners and alliances.
  • Work alongside a high-performing team, contributing to growth and helping shape future hires.
