Experienced in hiring and developing people, as well as contributions to defining and refining sales processes.
Comfortable operating as a player-manager: contributing directly to deals while providing structure, guidance, and accountability across the team.
Brings structure and discipline to sales through frameworks like MEDDIC or Command of the Message.
Motivated by impact, efficiency, and helping scale a growing business without needing heavy hand-holding.
About the Role:
Take on a player-manager account executive role in a small but growing team, where your impact will be immediate and visible. You’ll contribute directly to deals end-to-end while helping to bring structure and accountability to the sales function.
Own and drive your own enterprise deals from start to finish.
Support the team by evolving processes and systems that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with partners and alliances.
