Do you want to work for the market leading Estate Agents? We are looking for an existing Estate Agency Sales Negotiator ideally with a minimum of 6 months experience however, applications are also now invited from Trainees who are looking to enter the Estate Agency industry and become an Estate Agent however, you will need to have a strong sales background in for example car sales, mobile telephone sales or membership sales and you will need to drive and have your own car You will receive an initial 4 month salary guarantee of £2,300 per month whilst you build your sales pipeline (commission) so during this period you cannot earn less than this! Thereafter, you will be offered a basic salary of £12,000 (please note working in a sales role where you receive commission it is impossible to ever just earn your basic salary) with realistic on target earnings of £25,000 to £30,000 in year 1.
