Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator/ Sales Progressor – Duties: 

• Booking in valuations
• Providing honest, reliable & professional advice to potential Vendors & Buyers
• Following office procedures & policies
• Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market
• Registering Applicants and attending viewings
• All pre & post follow up for appointments conducted
• Sales Progression
• Provide support to the branch manager as required

Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator/ Sales Progressor – Experience Needed

• Previous Estate Agent Sales Negotiator or progression experience is essential
• You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
• You will have solid IT skills and experience of using Estate Agency CRM systems
• Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
• You will be well spoken and well presented
• You will be target driven and ambitious
• You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
