Drive sales growth through direct and channel sales Develop and execute strategic sales plans Strengthen brand presence across European markets Collaborate with agents, distributors, and internal teams Report on performance, forecasts, and market insights
What You’ll Bring
3–5 years of capital equipment sales experience (packaging preferred) Strong consultative selling and CRM skills Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities Willingness to travel and manage a high volume of opportunities across mainland Europe (typically 3‑5 days per trip, 35‑50% of the time). Based within 60 minutes of our European HQ in Aylesbury Global brand with a strong European footprint Supportive, high‑performing team culture Autonomy, flexibility, and recognition for results
