Junior Event & Sales Coordinator About the Company We are an education technology start-up that has quickly grown to become a leading platform for data-driven education.
About The Role We’re looking for an energetic, ambitious Junior Event & Sales Coordinator to join our London office and support our commercial growth journey. This is an entry-level position no previous experience or degree required! We want someone who is driven, sociable, and excited to grow with us.
In this role, you will: Support the commercial team with the planning and execution of trade shows and events in the UK and Europe. Coordinate event logistics, manage forms, book travel and accommodation, arrange event packages, and handle communication with vendors and partners Assist with post-event activities, including creating and uploading new lead accounts to our platform and helping onboard pilot customers Provide real-time support for teachers through our in-app chat, helping them get the most from the platform Act as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external partners
About You We’re looking for someone who: Is ambitious, energetic, and thrives in fast-paced, social environments Is independent, solutions-focused, and brings both enthusiasm and patience to their work Is well organised and helps keep others on track Enjoys supporting others and contributing to their success Builds strong relationships and partnerships Works well across different teams and adapts quickly to change Is proactive, reliable, and always willing to go the extra mile for colleagues and customers Is fluent in English (German is a plus)
