Handle Recruitment is seeking aspiring B2B sales professionals looking to build their career with a global media organisation, focusing on the events and conferences division of the business.
*This is a short-term temporary role initially with the view to extend into a longer term contract. Hybrid working in Central London, pay rate £14ph-£15ph dependent on experience + opportunity to earn commission*
Your responsibilities will include: Identifying relevant delegate prospects and delivering a persuasive and compelling case for why they should purchase a ticket to events. Building relationships with delegates, so they see the brand as a key part of their annual calendar and come back to events year-on-year. Meeting and exceeding weekly, monthly and annual revenue targets across your portfolio. Developing an expertise on the agendas and issues of interest to prospective delegates within your assigned sector, with a view to improve conversion rates. Achieving weekly and monthly KPIs including call time and dials outs, set by the Head of Delegate Services Acquisition. Calling and engaging with prospective delegates, providing a clear articulation of the event proposition and obtaining new registrations.
