Our Buckinghamshire based client are seeking an Event Sponsorship & Sales Manager to lead and grow their sponsorship portfolio across a dynamic programme of industry-leading events.
This is a mainly remote role with 4 days working from home and 1 day being office based. 35 hour week. The salary for this role is £37,000 - £42,000 dependent on experience plus discretionay bonus.
The Role
As the Event Sponsorship & Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering sponsorship revenue targets and strengthening relationships with sponsors and exhibitors. You'll play a key role in growing and diversifying commercial partnerships, ensuring every sponsor has a valuable and memorable experience.
What you’ll be doing as Event Sponsorship & Sales Manager
* Drive sponsorship and exhibitor sales to meet revenue targets across flagship and niche events.
* Build long-term relationships with sponsors, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for upselling.
* Develop innovative sponsorship packages that align with partner objectives and new event formats.
* Manage all aspects of the sales process from lead generation through to contract signing and invoicing.
