- Product confidence – you’ll learn the differences between profiles, locking systems, U-values, and installation standards so you can guide clients properly.
- Diligence – strong customer relation management skills, ensuring customer queries are responded to in a timely fashion.
What The Role Involves
- Speaking with inbound enquiries and warm leads
- Understanding the client’s project and offering the right solutions
- Requesting measurements, and design details
- Sending quotes and following a structured follow-up process
- Working closely with our surveyors, installers, and management team
- Delivering a professional, confident experience that makes clients feel safe choosing us
Requirements
Essential
- Proven ability to make outbound calls confidently and consistently
- Strong communication skills: able to build rapport quickly and ask intelligent questions
- A consultative mindset – comfortable uncovering needs, wants, concerns, and decision drivers
- High persistence and follow-up discipline; you don’t let warm opportunities go cold
- Strong organizational habits and ability to manage a pipeline through a CRM
- Willingness to learn the technical differences between profiles, glazing options, locking systems, and installation standards
- Ability to work self-directed, hit activity targets, and maintain momentum throughout the day
- Professional, clear, and reliable behaviour with clients
- Competence in email, WhatsApp, and basic digital tools
Desirable
- Understanding of NEPQ-style or consultative sales techniques
- Experience working on a self‑employed or commission‑based model
- Experience handling objections, slowing conversations down, and helping clients reach the right decisions for their needs
