What The Role Involves

  • Speaking with inbound enquiries and warm leads
  • Understanding the client’s project and offering the right solutions
  • Requesting measurements, and design details
  • Sending quotes and following a structured follow-up process
  • Working closely with our surveyors, installers, and management team
  • Delivering a professional, confident experience that makes clients feel safe choosing us

Requirements

Essential

  • Proven ability to make outbound calls confidently and consistently
  • Strong communication skills: able to build rapport quickly and ask intelligent questions
  • A consultative mindset – comfortable uncovering needs, wants, concerns, and decision drivers
  • High persistence and follow-up discipline; you don’t let warm opportunities go cold
  • Strong organizational habits and ability to manage a pipeline through a CRM
  • Willingness to learn the technical differences between profiles, glazing options, locking systems, and installation standards
  • Ability to work self-directed, hit activity targets, and maintain momentum throughout the day
  • Professional, clear, and reliable behaviour with clients
  • Competence in email, WhatsApp, and basic digital tools

Desirable

  • Understanding of NEPQ-style or consultative sales techniques
  • Experience working on a self‑employed or commission‑based model
  • Experience handling objections, slowing conversations down, and helping clients reach the right decisions for their needs
