Leadership & Engagement Support
Create a unique and elevated environment in line with the Ralph Lauren sales code Act as a professional Ralph Lauren ambassador & representative to effectively network, and remain up to date with competitor activity, innovations, trends, events, campaigns Maintain an expert level of brand & product knowledge
Operations
Expert of Ralph Lauren clienteling and digital tools, Ralph Lauren store systems and procedures Uphold & coach Brand standards and Brand presentation Attend the buys & communicates product and client feedback to buyers & managers
Who You Are
Energetic, passionate, and results-driven team player Experience in a premium/luxury environment Excellent communication skills with in-depth Brand and product knowledge
