Responsibilities
Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking an Executive Solution Consultant.
- Confidently and articulately speaks in public and acts as a technical leader in customer interactions.
- Deep expertise in a specific industry practice in the Hexagon portfolio
- Viewed by customers as a technical expert.
- Works closely with Hexagon Industry Consultants to develop meaningful customer presentations and demonstrations.
- Actively and regularly meets with and demonstrates Hexagon solutions to prospects and clients.
- Captures technical and work process requirements and translates them into a demonstratable workflow using Hexagon technologies.
- Maintains and adjusts demonstration systems, scripts and data to fit various market opportunities.
- Provides technical support for marketing activities.
- Participates in the Go-to-Market ideation and development process.
- Keeps a close relationship with the product center and strategic teams to maintain expertise and early knowledge of new functionality, as well as providing industry feedback.
- Contributes to the technical content of proposals including architecture, estimating level of effort and scopes of work (SOWs).
Long Description
- Expert on the application and surrounding tools.
- Lead in presentations and discussions with customers and prospects.
- Ability to create custom presentations including surrounding tools independently.
- Deep knowledge of workflows and surrounding tools as well as a full understanding of business processes, drivers and customer outcomes
- Basic understanding of solutions in other areas of the portfolio.
- Development and execution of demonstrations tailored to customer needs including the surrounding tools and advanced ability to configure and create content for various markets and segments.
- Mentor others in the definition of customer needs and demonstrations to fill those needs.
- Able to define success criteria for evaluations and POCs, independently execute them using customer data and work processes. Provide guidance to others.
- Strong communication skills to deliver value statements around entire portfolio process for conferences and events.
- Able to create work process scripts and value statements around core solution(s) and surrounding tools for use in marketing and sales enablement .
- Reproduce, document and report bugs and workflow improvements including technical and process gaps and determine causes/fixes to development through established mechanisms.
- Ability to support responses to RFIs and RFPs and mentor others.
- Knowledge of relevant IT architecture for solutions in an area of expertise and surrounded tools to support customer discussions, proposals and SOWs.
Individuals in this position are technical experts who support the sales process by demonstrating Hexagon solutions to meet customer needs and desired business outcomes. In this position, individuals are independent and begin mentoring other colleagues.
