Salary: £55,000-£60,000 base + performance-based commission
Working Hours: US-aligned hours (flexible working pattern)

About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven Sponsorship Sales Manager to join the commercial team behind a leading international snow and ski-focused travel event. This is a senior-level sales role focused on building strategic partnerships and securing high-value sponsorship deals with major brands, destinations, resorts, and travel organisations across the global snow and mountain travel sector.

The show already attracts a strong roster of exhibitors and partners, and now we're scaling up - with big ambitions for new activations, fresh partnerships, and global expansion.

You'll report directly to the MD of the event and work closely with the operations and wider commercial team to drive growth and deliver creative, high-impact sponsorship packages.

Key Responsibilities

Lead sponsorship sales for a well-established snow and ski-themed travel event

Create tailored, compelling partnership packages for key sponsors and destination partners

Prospect and close new business deals across a global client base

Manage and grow a portfolio of high-profile accounts, delivering strong ROI and renewal rates

Collaborate with the event team to ensure smooth delivery of all sponsor activations

Stay on top of trends across winter travel, lifestyle, destinations, and adventure tourism

Attend relevant industry events (UK and US) to build networks and represent the brand

Work towards and exceed personal revenue targets

Provide input into product development and event innovation based on sponsor feedback

What We're Looking For

Proven track record in sponsorship sales, ideally within events, exhibitions, travel, or media

Ability to craft and sell high-value commercial proposals

Strong negotiation skills and confidence closing deals with senior stakeholders

A network across relevant industries such as travel, tourism, lifestyle, and destinations is a plus

Creative thinker with a consultative sales style

Experience working on international events and/or with US clients is a bonus

Self-starter who thrives in a hybrid, collaborative environment

Willing to travel for events and client meetings when required
