We are expanding! Here at Brakes, we have ambitious growth plans and are launching a new offering called ‘Your Way’ within our Independent Sales business. As a Your Way Field Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for winning and maximising business in your dedicated neighbourhood of just one square mile.

What will you be doing?
You’ll be responsible for the success of your local neighbourhood by:
- Researching your target audience and opportunities
- Building and leveraging strong customer relationships through face-to-face meetings and understanding customer needs
- Onboarding new customers effectively while maintaining relationships with existing accounts and tracking activity using Salesforce
- Collaborating with your distribution partner/driver to create a strong community team
- Delivering profitable volume growth and hitting targets
- Monitoring competitor activity and market trends to ensure you offer the best solutions from the largest Foodservice provider in the world
We seek someone capable of winning new business and maximizing sales with existing customers. Ideally, you’ll have a background in Field Sales or Account Management, be commercially savvy, proficient in Excel, and skilled in relationship building. Passion for sales is essential! A food industry background is a plus but not required.
