The role
We’re looking for a go-getter Field Sales Executive to take charge of the Home Counties region - from buzzing high streets to busy cash & carries and local wholesalers, this is your chance to own your patch and make a real impact.
You’ll be on the road, selling directly from your van, visiting a wide range of accounts including convenience stores, independent retailers, and trade customers. Your mission? Get Huel stocked, seen, and selling fast. This isn’t just a foot-in-the-door - it’s a hands-on, high-ownership role where you’ll grow our presence in key areas and drive real results on the ground.
The role is mainly field-based, with half a day per week working from home and one day per month in our Tring, Hertfordshire office for training and team meetings.
- Researching and planning: locating the best stores for our products to be sold in.
- Lead generation: Generating leads, landing new listings & driving cash & carry sales.
- Relationship building: Identify decision makers for new stores and build brilliant relationships with every store manager and customer, as the key face of the Huel brand.
- Excellent Execution: you will be working on multiple leads and new listings to hit your monthly targets, a high level of organisation is required.
- Pipeline and Sales Reporting: Weekly and monthly reporting on area and account performance vs targets, pipeline development, and reference back to objectives to ensure we are on-track to hit our goals. Spotting under performance and putting plans in place to rectify is equally important.

Having a full clean UK driving license is essential as you will be provided with a Huel Van.
