The Role:

  • Map and monitor London commercial buildings, tracking openings, refurbishments, and occupancy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with building managers, agents, and local stakeholders; represent the business at industry and networking events.
  • Provide local market insights to support Sales and Marketing in targeting high-potential areas.
  • Collaborate on campaigns and identify opportunities in growing sectors and property developments.
  • Regular travel across your assigned London patch.
  • The Person:

  • Some previous experience in Field Sales or Field Marketing (essential).
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in face-to-face interactions.
  • Curious, energetic, and proactive, with the ability to spot opportunities and bring ideas to life.
  • Self-starter who works well independently and in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organised, with a strong memory for people and information.
