Brace's Bakery Ltd., a family-owned business established in 1902 by George Brace, is now in its fourth generation of operations. Managed by Mark Brace and Jonathan Brace, the company runs two bakeries at Croespenmaen and Pen Y Fan. Brace's is dedicated to family values, the use of premium and sustainably sourced ingredients, high production standards, and delivering top-quality baked products.

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Field Sales Executive based in the Greater Cardiff Area.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular visits and communication.
  • Conduct sales presentations to showcase our offerings and address client queries effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market feedback using IT tools.
  • Organize your schedule efficiently to maximize productivity while managing multiple accounts simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or a similar field is highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with clients at all levels.
  • Proficiency in IT tools for managing customer data and sales processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and organize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
