They are looking for a dynamic Regional Field Sales Manager to take a leading role in shaping the commercial strategy across London and the South Coast. You’ll build and manage a high-performing sales team, foster strong relationships with On-Trade customers, and deliver outstanding results that elevate our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver a regional strategy to achieve business KPIs.
* Manage budgets effectively to support growth and profitability.
* Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
* Ensure clear and timely communication with customers and stakeholders.
* Support sales team members during trade days with hands-on leadership.
* Track and report on sales performance, providing actionable insights.
* Oversee activations across On-Trade channels to maximise brand visibility.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and opportunities.
* Attend bi-weekly meetings at the London office.
