A fast-growing consumer brand is looking for a UK Field Sales Manager to lead its nationwide event and ambassador sales strategy. This is a hands-on and strategic role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves driving performance, and enjoys building exceptional customer experiences across the UK.


Role: UK Field Sales Manager

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Location: Hybrid (UK-wide travel required)


What you’ll be doing:


  • Lead and scale a nationwide Brand Ambassador programme, managing recruitment, onboarding, and coaching
  • Own event planning, logistics, and delivery across the UK calendar
  • Set and track sales targets, ensuring brand compliance and high-quality customer engagement
  • Build strong operational processes and workflows to support field and event activities
  • Analyse performance data and identify new regional opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to drive maximum ROI
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L reporting for all field sales activity
  • Champion the customer experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand at its best


What you’ll need:


  • Proven experience managing field sales or ambassador programmes, ideally within DTC or subscription-based consumer brands
  • Strong commercial mindset with confidence in working to sales targets and ROI metrics
  • Experience leading and motivating freelancers or remote teams
  • Excellent organisational skills with a proactive, problem-solving approach
  • A confident communicator who enjoys working in a people-focused, high-energy environment
  • A love for dogs is a plus, but a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences is essential
