Following the acquisition of several new brands, the business is entering its next phase of expansion and is seeking a proactive Field Sales Manager with a natural talent for relationship-building to help drive growth.

The Role

  • Manage a portfolio of around 400 existing accounts while driving new business growth.
  • Work with a diverse customer base, including corner shops, farm shops, e-commerce operators, and raw food specialists.
  • Upsell and expand product ranges to both new and existing customers.
  • Partner with independent retailers to support and grow their businesses.
  • Travel up to four days per week across the country, meeting with existing and prospective customers.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in field sales with physical products.
  • Strong relationship building skills, ideally with independent retailers.
  • A self-starter who can hit the ground running with minimal training.
  • Friendly, approachable, and confident in connecting with entrepreneurial customers.
