Aver Generics is an independent pharmaceutical wholesaler specialising in short-line generics. We partner with community pharmacies across the UK, providing reliable supply, competitive pricing, and a personal service. We’re now hiring an ambitious, self-motivated Field Sales Representative to expand our footprint in Wales.

Your Mission

Grow Aver’s business by building strong relationships with independent pharmacies and delivering solutions that boost their success.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and develop a portfolio of pharmacy accounts
• Build long-term relationships, tailoring offers to each customer
• Promote Aver’s generics range, negotiate terms, and secure new business
• Plan and execute regular client visits while working remotely with full HQ support
• Report on sales activity and pipeline, sharing insights with the wider team

What You’ll Bring

• Proven track record in sales or account management (pharmaceutical experience desirable)
• Interest in the pharmacy / healthcare sector
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter mentality — comfortable working autonomously and on the road
• Full UK driving licence
