Come join AWS EMEA!AWS Finance seeks a world class FP&A Finance Manager to be a key member of its team supporting our fast-growing Commercial Sales organization for EMEA.ResponsibilitiesOwnership of key reporting metrics (KPI's) and narratives to help business partners understand the business performancePartner with business teams to implement new processes & tools and drive the improvement of existing processes & toolsProvide strategic support to key business initiatives and investmentPresent financial summary and business insights to senior managementDrive short- and long-term financial planningTighten internal controlsBasic QualificationsBachelor\'s degree, or MBAExperience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analysesExperience in creating process improvements with automation and analysisPreferred QualificationsMBA, or CPAExperience participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable resultsExperience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)Experience in solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits)Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
