AWS Finance seeks a world class FP&A Finance Manager to be a key member of its team supporting the fast-growing Commercial Sales organization for EMEA.ResponsibilitiesOwnership of key reporting metrics (KPIs) and narratives to help business partners understand the business performance.Partner with business teams to implement new processes and tools and drive the improvement of existing processes and tools.Provide strategic support to key business initiatives and investments.Present financial summaries and business insights to senior management.Drive short- and long-term financial planning.Tighten internal controls.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree, or MBAExperience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analysesExperience in creating process improvements with automation and analysisPreferred QualificationsMBA, or CPAExperience participating in continuous improvement projects to scale and improve controllership with measurable resultsExperience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)Experience solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analyses, and recommendations with measurable impact on the businessAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
