You’ll be responsible for shaping and executing the sales strategy, leading a small but talented team, and driving revenue growth through new and existing relationships in the food‑to‑go packaging space. Develop and execute a growth strategy focused on the food‑to‑go packaging market. Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients, identifying opportunities to add value and deliver innovative solutions. Collaborate with internal teams across design, production, and innovation to deliver high‑impact, commercially successful outcomes. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to ensure the business stays ahead of the curve.
About You You’ll bring a blend of strategic sales leadership and deep sector knowledge, ideally with a proven track record selling packaging into the food‑to‑go or FMCG market. You thrive on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and inspiring others to deliver excellence. You’ll also have:
Strong experience in print or packaging sales, ideally within food‑to‑go or foodservice. A consultative approach with a keen eye for design, innovation, and premium quality. The ability to lead from the front, motivate teams, and drive business growth. Commercial awareness and confidence to operate at senior stakeholder level.
