Lead, coach, and inspire asales teamto achieve and exceed targets. Collaborate with internal teams acrossdesign, production, and innovationto deliver high‑impact, commercially successful outcomes. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to ensure the business stays ahead of the curve.
About You You’ll bring a blend ofstrategic sales leadership and deep sector knowledge, ideally with a proven track record selling packaging into thefood-to-goorFMCGmarket. You thrive on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and inspiring others to deliver excellence. You’ll also have
Strong experience inprint or packaging sales, ideally withinfood-to-go or foodservice. A consultative approach with a keen eye fordesign, innovation, and premium quality. The ability tolead from the front, motivate teams, and drive business growth. Commercial awareness and confidence to operate at senior stakeholder level.
