We are currently recruiting for an experienced General Sales Manager for our client's main dealer site in the Barnstaple area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a General Sales Manager to join a superb dealer group, a strong brand, working in a busy, state-of-the-art site. We are looking for General Sales Managers with a strong track record in both new and used car sales.

General Sales Manager Responsibilities: Working closely with the senior management team. You will manage the Sales Executive team to a strong sales performance every month. Driving the sales in the department through processes and training the team to work professionally. Making sure the team offer strong customer service, working with the team to maximise sales while promoting a strong profit per unit and working closely with the finance team to secure the best deal for the customer. Controlling the used car stock to make sure you have the right vehicles for your market area. Making sure all online adverts are done to company & manufacturer guidelines.
