Overview P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently looking for a General Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis based in Kings Lynn. Responsibilities
The ideal candidate must be able to drive the department's sales performance. Drive finance, add-ons and accessories to meet targets. Ensure that staff provide the highest level of customer service at all times to increase customer loyalty and therefore gain repeat business. You will be looking after a team of 3 Sales Executives.
Person Specification
Must hold a driving licence. Have experience in a management role. Experience working in franchised dealership. Sales experience. Excellent customer service.
