We’re working with a leading player in the global events and conferences space that is expanding its team with a German-speaking Delegate Sales Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in outbound sales, telesales, or business development who is ready to take the next step in their career.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Engaging senior-level professionals across the DACH region to secure their attendance at high-profile industry events
• Driving outbound sales campaigns to build and grow delegate attendance
• Building long-term relationships with clients and effectively communicating the value of attending events
• Collaborating with marketing and production teams to align messaging and event positioning
• Meeting weekly KPIs and contributing to revenue targets

About You:

• Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
• Experience in outbound sales – telesales, B2B sales, lead generation, or similar
• Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working to targets
• Open to occasional travel within Europe (primarily Germany) – valid passport required
• Ambitious and excited to grow within the events and conferences industry
