The Company: Very well-established distributor within the UK and Europe

Main duties: Support the sales team by giving product and account related advice to customers

The Role: - Answer emails and telephone calls from customers both in English and German - Follow up on customers orders in order to identify opportunities for growth, upsell and cross-sell - Create and maintain strong working relationships with customers - Update the CRM system accordingly and accurately - Other admin duties as and when required

The candidate: - Fluent in German (written and spoken) Essential - Previous experience in an admin role Ideal - Excellent telephone manner and confident to make outbound telephone calls - Motivated candidate, eager to learn and progress within the company - IT literate
