Our client is a leading international eCommerce and specialist business equipment distributor, currently seeking a German-speaking Sales Manager to expand and develop business relationships across the DACH region. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful, global organisation and manage their full sales programme in the territory.
Role Overview
As the German Speaking Sales Manager for the DACH market, you will be responsible for:
Managing and expanding business accounts Driving new sales opportunities Providing outstanding service to existing customers Key Responsibilities
Grow and develop existing business accounts to meet/exceed sales targets Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the DACH territory Promote new product ranges and marketing initiatives to support growth Build strong, long-term customer relationships with a focus on service excellence Deliver consistent, professional communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention Manage assigned accounts to drive commercial growth and increase repeat business Monitor account performance and ensure continuous improvement Candidate Requirements
Fluent in German & English (spoken and written) Proven sales or customer service experience, ideally in outbound roles Strong track record of working to targets and KPIs Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel, and able to learn new systems Highly organised, with strong time management skills Motivated, positive, and customer-focused Salary & Benefits
