Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Golf & Sports Events Executive. As Golf & Sports Event Executive, you will manage inbound (reactive) sales enquiries for golf and sports bookings, including corporate golf days, residential golf breaks, wholesaler golf breaks, and sports team events such as football, rugby, and cricket.
This role supports revenue goals by ensuring a seamless booking experience and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
What you’ll do
- Respond to golf and group sport event inquiries across various channels for hotels in the Robin Manco portfolio.
- Convert leads into confirmed business and ensure proper handover to on-property teams.
- Build relationships with Golf Wholesalers, Sports Agents, Teams, intermediaries, golf tour operators, and event organizers.
- Forecast golf & sport group rooms, green fee revenue, and catering.
- Cross-reference lead opportunities within the portfolio and other Marriott properties where appropriate.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and event orders promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings in CRM.
- Ensure all group requirements, including room blocks and catering, are handed over to hotel event teams for seamless service.

This role offers an hourly rate of £14.06, ensuring payment for every hour worked.

This role involves 40 hours/week over 5 days, mainly Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend or evening coverage for show rounds or client events to ensure client satisfaction.
You will be employed by Amante Capital, managing the Robin Manco hotel portfolio.
