What do the company do?

Part of a £1 billion turnover company, our client are a market leading distribution business that serves the retail, commercial, industrial and hospitality sector. With a phenomenal portfolio of products they design, supply and maintain a range of innovative lighting solutions.

With significant company growth, they are looking to hire and support a graduate in a field-based sales position who will contribute to their success. There is huge emphasis on finding the right graduate to help mould future stars of the business.

What would my role be?

Working closely with an experienced senior manager, you will be in a field-based role which will see you building strong relationships in person. Initially you will rotate around the business, overseeing all the business departments to gain a thorough understanding of the products and market you will be selling into. As you develop, you will be given more and more responsibility. Your week will typically consist of 4 days of face-to-face meetings across your geographical 'patch' with 1 day working from home for admin purposes.

You will be immersed in an intensive training period and gain insight into various areas of the business. This will involve product, skills and industry sales training both in-house and with external training providers

What is required for the role?

• A full UK driving license
• Based in or around Chelsea London
• Confidence in speaking to new people face-to-face
• Educated to degree level (preferable)
• Target driven mindset
• A business-minded person
• An excellent communicator
• Money-motivated and driven to succeed

• £31-33,000 basic salary
