A leading engineering company based in Northamptonshire is seeking a Graduate Internal Sales Engineer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Chemical Engineering graduate, ideally with a background or qualification in brewing or distilling, to begin their career in a dynamic and supportive technical sales environment.
The Graduate Internal Sales Engineer will ideally have the following:
Degree in Chemical Engineering (essential)
Additional qualification or experience in brewing or distilling (highly desirable)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commercial awareness and interest in technical sales
Ability to understand technical processes and translate them into customer solutions
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated and eager to learnThe Graduate Internal Sales Engineer role will involve:
Providing technical support to customers and assisting in specifying the right products
Preparing and following up on quotations and proposals
Supporting the external sales team with customer enquiries and documentation
Developing a strong understanding of the company’s product range and applications
Building and maintaining relationships with customers in the brewing, distilling, and related industries
