Salary: £28K-£30K (DOE) + Commission

The Role

As a

Graduate Events Sales Executive , you will sell exhibition and sponsorship packages to European and international companies. You will: Lead outbound discovery calls, handle inbound enquiries, and close deals

Craft engaging emails and follow up professionally with clients and prospects

Research high-potential companies, identify opportunities, and build strong relationships

Support your team, collaborate on strategy, and share insights

Assist in event delivery, including managing exhibitor participation on the day

You will have access to existing leads, but curiosity, initiative, and creativity will help you source additional opportunities and stand out. Who Were Looking For

A recent graduate with a good degree, interested in B2B sales and the events industry

Excellent communication skills (phone and email)

Some sales experience or commercial exposure is advantageous

Organised, proactive, and able to work to deadlines and targets

Resilient, motivated, and capable of handling high-profile events

A collaborative team player with creative and innovative ideas
