As Group Sales Director, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for driving revenue across all divisions and will lead the sales function, from strategic planning and bid management to direct client engagement, ensuring the business maximises market opportunities and secures long-term partnerships. You will work closely with the leadership team, marketing, and operations to deliver a winning commercial strategy.
Accountabilities
Sales Strategy & Leadership - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
Lead business development efforts across multiple service lines, sectors, and regions.
Identify and capitalise on emerging market trends, including decarbonisation and retrofit opportunities.
Client Engagement & Direct Sales - Act as a key commercial ambassador, building relationships with housing developers, local authorities, housing associations, and private sector clients.
