We are looking for an experienced and people focused Head of B2B Sales to drive growth and lead out B2B sales team in Basingstoke, UK.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a international organisation, where you will have the support and collaboration of a global team while enjoying the autonomy to share the future of your market.
About the role:
As Head of B2B Sales, you will lead an inspire a high-performing team in a collaborative, dynamic, and results-driven environment. With the backing of a well established global business, you will implement sales strategies, develop the team and drive business growth. You will play a key role in achieving our ambitious goals while ensuring the highest standards of customer engagement and sales excellence.
You will contribute and make an impact in many ways:
Drive towards sustainable revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies and initiatives and consistently delivering on established KPIs.
Recruit, onboard, coach and lead a team of Corporate Sales Executives, Account Managers and Key Account Managers.
Foster a robust sales culture that aligns with our core values: Arrive Curious, Arrive Focused, Arrive Together.
Take ownership of budget planning and goal setting, ensuring the team meets its sales and growth targets.
Implement data-driven sales strategies to drive revenue.
Ensure the consistent usage of our CRM system, sales process, and methodology to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the team.
Actively participate and contribute to our global sales team, which includes sales managers from other European countries, and collaborate closely with other Group functions (Marketing, Finance, Operations, etc)
Your profile:
Proven experience in B2B sales leadership, with a strong track record of driving growth and exceeding business goals.
Proven people management experience leading sales teams, with the ability to inspire, develop, and guide your team to success.
Result-oriented mindset, focused on achieving targets and driving sales performance.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to sales strategy and decision-making.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative mindset and a humble attitude.
Passion for working in a global environment, eager to contribute to a dynamic and international workplace.
Fluency in both spoken and written English
