We are looking to recruit a Head of Sales Administration who will oversee the running of the company’s Sales Administration team and the day to day running of the London Admin Team, whilst providing administration support to a London office.

About the role:

The successful Head of Sales Administrator will be responsible for:

Head of Sales Administration Full management of the Sales Administration Teams. Organise and manage the team to obtain consistently strong Sales audit scores – over 90%. Run and organise the recruitment of new administrators, including interviewing and admin test. Oversee the training and development of new administrators and provide continuous coaching. Act as a mentor to develop the members of the team. Be an expert in their field who can confidently answer sales queries from other branches. Act as first point of contact for Sales administrative queries. Develop and adapt the London Sales Admins to support to the needs of the London Sales business. Develop and adapt the Country Sales Admins to support the needs of the London Sales business. Continue to bring the two teams together to work more collaboratively.
