We’re hiring: Head of Business Development / Sales & Marketing Manager


Location: SE London (1–2 days WFH DOE)

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000


Our client is seeking a dynamic Head of Business Development / Sales & Marketing Manager to drive growth, strengthen key venue partnerships, and expand our presence across London’s most prestigious event spaces.


This is not a traditional sales role, success is built on results, relationships, and reputation. You’ll take the lead on managing existing venue accounts while developing new opportunities and securing accreditations at additional high-profile venues.


✨ What you’ll be doing:

- Managing and growing relationships with venue stakeholders and clients

- Identifying and converting new business opportunities

- Securing venue accreditations and expanding our partner network

- Attending industry events, networking, and representing the company

- Driving revenue growth through strategy, negotiation, and collaboration with internal teams


✨ What we’re looking for:

- 5+ years’ experience in event production, venue management, or related field

- Strong network within corporate/private events & venues (ideally UVL sector)

- Commercially astute with proven business development success

- Excellent communicator, confident presenter, and relationship-builder

- Proactive, driven, and passionate about the live events industry


The package:

- £60,000 - £70,000 DOE

- Hybrid working (1- 2 days WFH)
